Marcie Hart


Marcie has 25 years of experience of owning and operating a medical billing company.
Marcie’s background as a business owner and overseeing a large staff in multiple locations means she has a true understanding of the needs of business owners from an operational, financial, and emotional standpoint. She prides herself on her dedication to providing the attention to detail that leads to true client satisfaction. Marcie can utilize her strong understanding of best billing practices to help healthcare clients maximize their revenue cycle and streamline billing processes.
Marcie also has a strong and varied background in real estate, having actively participated in several real estate investments and holding a real estate license in Arizona. She has also personally developed several residential and commercial properties.
Marcie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Utah State University.

Luke Hart


Previously Luke was CEO of a leading urgent care provider in Arizona. Facing bankruptcy, they engaged Luke to turn around the business and execute a sale, which was successfully achieved. Prior to that, he was COO/CFO of a leading multi-location medical practice that at the time of his hiring faced numerous operational difficulties. He helped restructure the business, navigate it through a complex ownership lawsuit, implement revised operating and billing protocols and closed under-performing locations, ultimately allowing for a successful change of ownership. Prior to this, Luke worked with companies facing unique challenges in a variety of sectors including banking, real estate, and services.

Prior to moving to Scottsdale from London, England, Luke worked as a Vice President in Corporate Finance for Lazard, one of the world’s leading investment banks. Working across a variety of industries, Luke provided independent advisory services to Governments and Corporations relating to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, private placements, capital raisings, stock divestitures, IPOs and restructurings. Prior to this he worked in corporate finance at Credit Suisse First Boston where he focused on M&A and capital markets. At Lazard and CSFB, he directly advised clients on deals totaling billions of dollars.
